Dr. Patten and his team are the best! Dr. Patten is very knowledgeable and very thorough. All of his employees are fantastic and as sweet as can be. I cannot recommend them enough!!

GOD BLESS DR. PATTEN & MALLORY AT ALL CREATURES VET CLINIC! 🙏🐶 Our 7-year-old Pit bull mix, Excel, had a severe medical emergency (fluid around his heart and shallow breathing). Because we couldn't pay the massive emergency bill until the following week, multiple clinics in the Auburn/Opelika area and an emergency hospital in Montgomery flat-out turned us down—including Excel's own vet of 10 years! All Creatures Veterinary Clinic was the ONLY clinic to show true compassion. They chose Excel’s health over money, treated him immediately, and they were able to make it extremely affordable! I will definitely take all of my animals to All Creatures from now on. Thank you for saving our family member when no one else would! Thank you again Dr. Patten and Mallory

I found All Creatures Veterinary Clinic through recommendations in a local Facebook group, and I’m so thankful I did. Dr. Austin Patten and his team took amazing care of my girl when a last-minute surgery turned out to be much more complicated than expected. Dr. Patten personally called me multiple times throughout the procedure to keep me updated, which meant so much. What impressed me most was not only the exceptional care and communication, but also his integrity. Despite the surgery requiring much more than anticipated, he honored the original quote and never added extra charges. It’s rare to find a vet who so clearly puts caring for animals above profits. If you’re looking for someone who will truly go above and beyond for your babies and be fair with pricing, I highly recommend Dr. Patten and the entire team at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic. ❤️🐾
